NG 2016 available (including Delphi 10 Seattle support and new NG DragDropPack!)

New NG 2016 installers are available. Latest version is 2016.0.

Besides Delphi/C++Builder 10 Seattle support major new change is new NG Drag&DropPack and VCL Styles support for NG DialogPack and NG HTMLPack.
